Hey hey, guys and dolls!
Just popping in to say a big hello and share my lowkey excitement about Volume and our new digs! Construction kicked off in early December and has been cruising along, with a few bumps in the road. And, let’s be real—the frosty weather isn’t exactly playing nice! They’re estimating about 4-6 months to wrap it up, but hey, it’s construction… who knows what’s hiding behind the walls of a historic building in Old City, right?
And, shameless plug alert! Big shoutout to Tim Rocco and Daughters General Contracting for bringing the magic to life on this project. If you’re looking for some seriously top-tier construction work, they’re the dream team you need!
Take a peek at the raw space and a few pics of the progress so far. I know it might seem like it’s crawling along, but trust me—after demolishing and now getting into the framing stage, it’s slow and steady wins the race. I’ll keep you updated with more pics as we go!

Walking through the doors you’ll notice that we are full of laughter, energy, and know how. Among the things that set us apart are our clientele, without them we would cease to exist, literally. With the training provided to our team and the vibe that we keep as a constant, our clients keep coming back for more and telling their friends to do the same.
We believe education is the foundation of success, so continuing education is a must for the Volume Team. Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned veteran we have something for you. A fully developed apprenticeship curriculum, and year round education keeps us at the top of our game. We don’t keep secrets here and love to share our knowledge! We’re more than a salon, we’re a community. With a complete lack of ego and an “everyone belongs” mentality we are here to help you grow. We will push you to be your very best and to give you a hand whenever you need it.
Our clients walk in the door armed with pictures, ideas, and expectations…so its important that our stylists be well versed in all things hair. We are looking for skilled stylists who are willing to work, learn and play with the industry’s best!
We don’t have time for egos at our salon! We aim to cultivate confidence, never cockiness. We are a community of learning and growth, which means we work as a team, not as individuals. We are a coaching culture, so lending a helping hand and occasional constructive criticism isn’t outside the norm. We hold you accountable and expect you to do the same. This is how we all become the best at what we do!
